Maintenance, performance monitoring and updates are handled directly by the Owner or by professionals appointed by the Owner.

All content on the Site (texts, trademarks, logos, images, videos, graphics, layout, source code) is protected by copyright law (Italian Law 633/1941 as amended) and industrial property law (Legislative Decree 30/2005) and is exclusively owned by the Owner or by third parties who have licensed use to Shangrilux.

Reproduction, even partial, as well as distribution, modification or commercial use of such content without the Owner's prior written consent is prohibited.

The User undertakes to use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Legal Notices, refraining from any conduct that may compromise the Site's integrity, availability or security.
